Testimonials

“I enjoy Kelsey’s teaching and classes.  She is very friendly and upbeat, never critical. The movements and postures are always varied, and she explains how to do them, so it’s easy to follow.  Also we get to understand the reason we are doing these postures and what the benefits are. Kelsey knows what she is doing, as every session is measured to help with relaxation and flexibility.  At the end I feel very relaxed and well.  I would recommend Kelsey’s classes to anyone wanting to give yoga and functional exercise a go. They are bound to feel the benefits and it’s a great way to stay fit and supple.”  Sophie Lankosky, Hawkes’ Bay, New Zealand
